Dear Adani Electricity Consumer Grievance Team,

This is to my Reference number – 151597919 as on 21st June 2020, my query is regarding the electric bill erroneously charged on the Accountfor the month of May 2020.
Bill Date – 19-06-2020.
As per your bill receive, it shows our Electricity Consumption Unit for month of May is 176 Units (which is impossible) and and Total Payable Amount for the month of May bill is Rs.
3490.
If you can scrutinize and see our Last 6 months bill then you will realise that there is massive mistaken done by Adani Electricity by Charging us unreasonable amount.

Also would like to highlight the consumer helpline number is of no use as they straight way raised their hands and instead of registering our query, your Customer Help Executive simple said that “We can’t register your complaint you need to email the complaint.” Then why there is this Helpline number.
Also your executive was not ready to share her Full name. As there might be numbers of employees work with that First Name and how we as customer or even you keep track on who has communicated with the client.

So there is grievance against the bill for the month of May 2020 and I want Adani Electricity Consumer Grievance Team to address this complaint on priority basis and rectify the bill as I’m not going the pay the bill unless this extortionate bill is rectify by your team.
