Order no- GY10550 I hv order hifi wireless earpods with100 hrs play time. but I got some other ear pods .the pods vich I ordered is uploaded . And customer care number is wrong . Now whr shall I contact . From mail also no reply. It’s a fraud company . Pls do some thing . I hv paid 2000 for this cheap pods . Pls help me

My order numberGY9957 for hifi wireless earbuds with 100 hours playtime was not delivered. instead i7s taicon price mentioned 1699 /- on box and 999/- on website was delivered. i paid 1999/- for earbuds . two mails also sent and no reply from [protected]@gmail.com. they have no customer care number mentioned .i want my product to be delivered or refund initiated.
