Text of Complaint by Satish Kumar:

have taken a new connection on 19th  Nov 2018, after a month’s free aceess, I chatted with Tata sky representative on 17th Dec & after confirming the package details I changed my package & recharged it with 240 for South Special Pack valid till 18th Jan, however, the account got deactivated on 4th Jan, when enquired the representative informed me that I have been charged for HD access fee of 175 which I neither asked for nor I was informed about. I would like to get that refunded as it was charged without my consent.
