Hi when I received a phone from vodafone asking me if I wanted to go on a monthly fone account due to being a loyal customer I on the agreement that the money I just top my phone up goes on the account of I’m excepted and 2ndly that I put put on the cheapest monthly plan that’d suited as soon as it’s available.

Misleading, failed to change my plan when requested 2x. And now has changed my plan to a broadband plan when I did not request for that and has billed me again for a service I have not been using or requested for.
