Hi sir , i am trying to port out my Vi sim number but when I am sending the port message to 1900 then they reply only this message.
UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)Payments outstanding. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. However My outstanding are all cleared. Instead i have paid extra amount to Vi. Please resolve this issue asap.
