Hi i have recharged voda sim with 20 INR a week ago but im not able to make any calls and yesterday i have put 12 rs message pack but it has not been activated as m not able to send messages as well.

Hi i have recharged my voda sim with 20 rs a week ago but m unable to make a call and yesterday i have put 12 rs sms pack but this is also not activated and m not able to send messages too.
