I did not apply for the loan still the hero rupee company sent me an amount of 5450/- without my concern and acknowledgement. Now I got a message to repay 9100/- or else they will start calling my family members with abusive language. Kindly look into the matter as they dont have any customer service number provided so that we can talk to them. I will not pay them back and they would low my credit score
