we have ordered this cycle on 19th and did the cancelation on the 21st. The Disk break and shock absorbers are not working and those are very had. The technician suppose to visit to examine the cycle to approve the return request. The technician did not visit and he has given fake update to flipkart saying that refund request is rejected. I had called to customer care and they have raised a complaint against to my request. Since the received cycle is defective product I need complete amount back 14999 + 499. Kindly do the needful.
