Sir,
Paytm has charged a hefty fine of rupees 885.
They generate the bill on 1st and then give a grace period of just 7 days to pay the amount. There was no reminder message till 7 June but after 7 June they are regularly sending the messages and calling. I requested them to wave off the late fine as this time I actually was having some genuine problems but the response is pathetic from Paytm salesman.
Other platforms provide atleast 20 days for the repayment of bill but at Paytm they just charge hefty fine. Services are so pathetic that I have not still received any solution to my issue.
We have our hard earned money that we don’t want to waste on late fines and if Paytm has such stiff policy of 7 days grace period then it need to be changed as such a little duration is not sufficient for person having some problem.
