As per the reference above, I download and install the app called HEDIAY LOAN ass was looking for dsome lon for financial need, it said 7 days loan and I immediately sent an email to their contact email address costumermanger1941 @outlook.com, and to the Hedisy App developer contact email pod99621478@gmail.com also.. Regarding the matter and telling I don’t want apply for 7 days am looking for long term loans, but today when I check it still shows to repay rs7000/- in 6 days.. How come this happened I again sent emails for to solve the issue o never received any intimation or loan details or approved information etc.. And don’t want any 7 days loan et.. But no response from Hedisy Loan app..
I tried checking the terms and conditions page of app got one grievance officer name Mr Kumar, address: RMZ INFINITY, 3, OLD MADRAS ROAD,. SADANANDANAGAR BANGALORE, KARNATAKA.., without phone number.. I called. RMZ Infinity office but there is no one Mr Kumar of HEDISY LOAN.. What to do and how to communicate. Am. Afraid of getting troubles. And messy calls of collecting people their. Agents of this forced app company.. Please provide your support.. Below is the email. Please be informed that I never received any loan contract or loan approval message and not accepted any loan tenure.. But, your app HEDISY LOAN says repay rs7000 in 6 days, how come its showing like loan repay in 6 days.. I already sent an email yesterday that I don’t want any 7 days loan etc.. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue and confirm..
I am afraid of getting in confusion and making trouble. For me score applying other application loan.. I confirm that I never accepted any 7 days loan from Hedisy Loan app, download and install app that’s all as for. Other app with my kyc to check what’s the amount and tenure I can get.. That’s all..
Please confirm to solve the issue, I didn’t/ never received any loan intimation by call or message or email.. Nothing.
I already sent email yesterday itself regarding same that I don’t want any 7 days loan etc.. Check below emails for your information update.
