We have a connection in Bhukum, Pune. With 0 usage. We had taken the meter for starting a workshop. But it did not start. So from the time of connection the reading is still 0 units. Last month i received a bill of Rs. 3500 something for 300 units. I had lodged online complaint regarding the same but did not get any response. Then i personally went to MSEB office of Pirangut, pune. There the authority assured me that the bill will be revised in 2 days. But the next day when i checked i got the bill double aroubd Rs.6500. I had again visited the office but the officers agaib assured that it will be revises in few hours taking follow up again and again i m getting only rude answers from the officers. I want tk lodge comolaint against the officers and wireman for mental harassment. Wireman who has taken the wron reading. And officers who are not helping in the matter. I am attaching the screenshots of the communications and bills which officers said that they revised it fron their side.
