I am the second owner of the Car and hdfc fast tag belong to first owner and I want to deactivate the hdfc fast tag link to my vehicle.
I tried to talk to customer care and dropped mail to fastagsupport@1pay.in multiple times. They are not helping or responding. I have no way to contact first owner.
