MY name is ANAND KUMAR I have purchased one product from flip kart MY Order id is OD428360022572759100 ,named as maharaja cooler it is delivered in 19 of June and when I start that product product will be run one hour and stop and again I plug off
that product and again plug in then product will run and again stop half hour and then I have pack that product in cartoon and then I rise the return after that technician number will display in my flip kart portal and technician name was Shambhu Kumar will display and then Shambhu Kumar not come in my house other two boys are come and then he take only pick my cooler and take pin and go from my house and update wrong information. then I have arise complain to the flip kart customer care he tell me I have again forward return request and in this time only Shambhu Kumar will come technician but unfortunately Shambhu Kumar will not visited in my house and update customer is not ready and then again I call to the customer care then forward this case to the backend team and backend team one more time rise return request and again showing to the flip kart Shambhu Kumar but again same technician will not visited my house and update customer will not ready. again I complaint to this technician to the customer care and I am telling my return policy will finished to 26 of June but flip cart will same don’t worry your return policy will not effect your issue will resolved by the flip card but at last flip cart closed my complain without giving me any solution.
