My credit card number is wnding with 4388. I have been using this card fir the past two years and paid my monthly dues. A month bank I contacted the bank to provide settlement offer so that it’s coeared together and the agent is asking for more money. Now since we all know that pandemic coronavirus has affected our income, I informed the agent that I wont be able to go through this settlement offer as due to pandemic I dont have a job. Instead Make it 30%. Now the agent has refused it and has been calling me continuously stating that he will come to my home ask my father to pay the complete amount else he will create a scene infront in everybody. This is a mental abuse. Also Archana Gaikwad a recovery agent of hdfc is calling my family & friends, discussing about my debts. Threatening them. Kindly help
