Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m getting wrong statement for my HDFC credit card since three months. while my credit card was expired already in Feb-2019.
please find the complete details in below points:
1. LATE PAYMENT ISSUE:- Due to card expired, I was not able to pay the amount on due date as 14th of March,2019. It was paid on 22nd of march,2019 with the help of HDFC customer care. And on the same day, I closed all EMI’s account by paying advance payment around Rs 87000/-.
Also raised the request to customer care to wave-off late payemnt if any.
2. CREDIT CARD RENEW REQUEST:- I requested to the HDFC bank to renew my credit card & delivered it at my nearest bank. Address of nearest bank was resitered already with HDFC customer care. But they didn’t delivered it till date.
3. GENERATE wrong STATEMENT INCLUDING SOME FINANCE CHARGES:- They ask me to pay unnecessary bill that was generated in March-2019 statement as a late charges amount was Rs. 1216/-, Even I was request to the bank many time that it was not my fault. Because there was no any card visible in HDFC netbanking account. And the reason behind it, card expired. That’s why I was not able to make payment on time.
Now the current statement that was generated in this month, amount is Rs 2700/-.
Today, again I requested to the HDFC customer care to help me about the in the same case. But they warned me that if I would not pay the amount. you’ll get the punished.
Please help me to get resolve that issue. They’re force me to pay that amount anyhow.
