I have taken Hdfc credit card and have been using till covid lock down. Due to lock down my earning has been stopped all most 2 years .so i am not able to pay repayments and i was on moratorium as per rbi instruction.Upto lockdown i have paid all the loans without any bounce .Now i need time to repay credit loan i am clearing one by one all loans. but the hdfc recovery agents doing much harassment through phone calls and going to my home and harassing my parents so i am requesting HDFC team to convert my outstanding to 1 year EMI but there are refusing. if they convert to EMIs i will clear total my outstanding .kindly do Needfull,thanking you.
