Dear sir,
I am using hdfc bank credit card since 2015, all the monthly payments done regularly Till 2021 November. I lost my job in December 2021 and didn’t made payment for 2 months. I started receiving harassment calls from hdfc, how ever I managed to pay 1 payment (in March 2022), by selling my laptop.
After that I didn’t made any payment.
Now continously hdfc bank calling me to make the payment and sent recovery agent to home.
I said him clearly that I lost my job now iam jobless (searching for job) I can’t pay any amount if possible give me card settlement.
He said now HDFC is not giving any settlements, you need to pay the minimum amount or legal action will be taken against me. ( SINCE NOT PAYING FROM 3 MONTHS).
MY CARD LIMIT IS Rs.1,00,000
Now it’s over LIMIT + Rs.16,571/-.
