I have had HDFC account for almost 13 years now, and credit card for the past 5 years. Due to international travel, i had 2 delayed payment (Oct , Nov 2018). In Dec 2018, i couldnt take their harresment and treat anymore, i told them i will close the credit card with one time payment of the amount spent by me and no interest will be paid due to regular harassment. I have emailed 3 different managers of collection and recovery team , but no response from any one of them, but new threats of sending collection people to all my residences.. which is like we all know thier third party gooda’s. I am worried now and feel my life is at threat.
