My account was 0 from 1 year , then once i went to atm but my pin was not showing correct, i went to hdfc bank they said that its same pin , then once my wallet was lost , I applied for another card but soon i got my wallet back , now i had 2 cards of my paytm but none of them were working , then i got fed up n didn’t used my account , then after one year , in dec i went to bank and sorted my account problem , I deposited 25k in my acc , and there was around 200rs in minus , which were debited as I deposited my amount , and after 10 days of depositing, i was booking my flight ticket but it was showing insufficient balance and when I opened statements, hdfc had cut around 7.5k rs from my account without even asking or sending me any messages about deductions, and i then couldn’t book my ticket , is this the way ? They never called me to inform about all this , pls look after this i want my money back
