I am Haritha, customer of your flipkart. I was having a problem with the flipkart paylater
it is effecting my cibil score and i am not getting any loans and credit cards due to this.
let me expalin the thingsin detail, Back in 2019 i have used flipkart paylater option
i have used it and paid my dues on time until march, 2020. Later Covid came into picture and
the paylater account which i have used showed me that the option is not available due to the on ongoing conditions
so i have stopped using it. i have cleared all the dues by that time. i am not having any overdues
i left that account and have not used it later. Now in 2022, when i noticed an overdue with IDFI first Bank
for 1300/- in my cibil report, i went to bank and enquired about it. They told me that it was for Flipkart paylater and i have to deal with flipkart customer care
so then i have started contacting flipkart customer care from May,2022.
When i first contacted the agent they informed me that i am not having any overdues with the flipkart paylater
i told him that i am ready to pay if there is any overdue please let me know as it was badly effecting me
they told that i was not having any overdue. There it was started and i am still contacting the agents to provide me the solution
one agent told me that i didnt have any overdue if you still want i can deactivate the paylater account and it will take 50 days to get rid from the cibil report
i have waited 50 days. this was happened on may, 6th 2022. still it was there in the cibil report.
Due to this from past two years i was being effected to my bad i havenot realised tis earlier.
I request you to provide me a solution on this.
