Text of Complaint by Mohammed Sharaz:

Once I had cancelled an order but I had paid for 480 rupees so that Zomato customer care had written my 480 after trying for weeks I got my 480 into their Zomato credits wallet but when I went to redeem my Zomato credits by ordering something the head block my account that completely blocked my account so that I can’t use my Zomato credits it was like it was proper before that when that Zomato credit has been credited to may account at that time only my account has got blocked and I guess this is a which has been done to me trying everything but I didn’t get a single resolution from Zomato side they will be in telling that they can’t unblock my account so how can I get my 480 back please help me I need justice in this situation I been trying from months I am a student I am a poor guy I need those money I can’t lose my money like that
