I have ordered some 50 pieces of dupatta from Shopsy app, but the packaged item was torn from outside and that too have less dupattas which i ordered. So i return my product and claim for refund. The refund has to credited in my account till 6th Feb. But it has been more than 10 days, i haven’t received my refund amount.
