I booked a flight ticket with cancellation protect on 18th feb 2021 in paytm and cancelled it on 20th feb 2021
It’s been two months and I have’nt received the refund till now(I checked all my bank statements thoroughly)
I have been calling the costumer support and they told me that I will recieve mail regarding refund in two days and money will refunded in one week
But didn’t received any mail or any information from them,
And the costumer support is the worst they aren’t giving any proper information and keeping my call on hold.
Don’t book your tickets on paytm
Paytm is fraud
