I ordered a Samsung galaxy tablet for my daughter on December 31, I received it on January 1, but because a damage was detected, I sent it back by post office on January 6, 2023. I have proof of receipt. They received my item on January 13, 2023. I saw this on my refund status page. I am unable to open my account after my account is closed. I emailed and called several times. 39 days have passed but still haven’t received my refund.
