I had enrolled for a fibre Airtel plan on 29th of July , but according to the scheme I had to pay first before the installation so that I had paid 4717 rs by PAYTM to RAJENDRA (I will be attaching below the transaction that I did ) , who is also an employee of Airtel ,later when they came to my clinic it was said that there is no Airtel connection available in my society so it had to be cancelled , and they told me that my amount will be refunded to me within 7 days , but it’s been more that 12 weeks that I haven’t received my amount , I have also been mailing and calling to nodal west office but it seems that nobody is replying to my mails or calls ,
Please look into the matter because this kind of work ethics from such a big company is not acceptable.
I have also asked if I could speak on the phone so that I can explain more precisely but I haven’t got any no.
They have been asking me airtel dsl no. Or fixedline no. But the people I was in contact from the company haven’t given me that no.
It has literally become a mental torture for me to get my money back everyday I have been trying to call or mail them but they don’t even care to reply to my mails .
Please help me in getting my money back
