Text of Complaint by Mary:

We have ordered Whirlpool Triple door refrigerator on 5th of September and we received a defective item and we have requested for return on the same day it self… We are calling customer care executives from the day 1 but there is no proper response and they are disconnecting the call .. We have called 16 times on 11th of September , each and every call got disconnected in the middle when we were in the middle of the discussion, I could say they are disconnecting the call intentionally . Even today also they are disconnecting. There was technician visit has been completed but whenever I call the customer care they are still telling Technician visit has to be done and expected date is by 13th of September… And we have been asked to wait for 24 hours to get the status updated at their end. We have waited for 48 hours but still no update.. We are keeping the fridge without any use and vegetables , milk products all are getting spoiled. They are not either replacing or refunding even though there has been 5 days since we raised the return request.
