I have ordered a boat rockerz 400 wireless bluetooth speaker with order id 403-0918773-0637935.
I have received a wrong and defective product.
All the sponges of headphone was torn and worn.
And when talked to customer service they said they would refund the money but now they said nothing upon calling and even ended the calls from their side.
And neither i have received the refund nor the replacement of the product
This is such a bad experience for me. I would definitely take this matter to higher authorities and would place complain against this.
