I have ordered a product from private website and xpressbeee is the courier partner. Its a prepaid order

Received a msg that coustmer doesnot pickup the call but I haven’t received a single call or contact number from the delivery person as a msg. Even though have raised the compalaint in xpressbee they haven’t looked into it
Got the same msg for the next day
