We would like to bring to your notice that Happyfares is not genuine company I booked 02 Tickets from Bangalore to Guwahati for 22nd Dec 2023 and a return ticket for the 06th Jan 2024 however I paid a total sum of INR INR 31936 for the tickets for tickets and insurance. Tickets were booked on 09th Nov 2023 but the company failed to send or confirm the tickets after even several calls I had to send them mails in the middle of the night and I received reply only on 10th afternoon with a confirmation ticket. The onward PNR number is JH87YU which does not exist on Air Akasha website when enquired with them they said its a special flight and the original PNR would be shared 24 hrs before the flight but the return journey PNR number is correct. The amount mentioned on the ticket is INR 16940 and they have overcharged for the insurance which was sent by the airline after writing to them.
Request the authorities to help me out with the above compliant as I have no money left to book another flight as the fares are high.
