Hi,
Through Paytm wallet I ordered a product. The money got deducted twice and I received message for once and the order is only placed for once.
Have been calling paytm since 7th June 2018 to register my complaint. They asked for my bank statement and merchant Id. It’s been more than a week I have provided them all the information they asked. But have not received any further message. Also, tried calling the customer care number.
They agreed to give refund once I provide the details asked. But no reply.
Highly disappointed by the service.
