Hathway is asking to pay 2500 for the modem when I disconnected the connection, i asked them to come and collect the modem several times but they kept asking me to renew and we’re selling offer and since I was on rent, I left the city, they came after one month and asking for the modem. I told them, i have left the city. At the time of taking connection also, they told modem router is free. After 3 years of use, they are telling router was free for use but if you don’t submit it back, you need to pay 2500 which was not mentioned anywhere
