Hi Sir/Mam,
- This is VINAY KUMAR from Hyderabad. Sir my hathway internet is not working from 5 days and I complaint on very first day but no reply on that side so I call on customer care and they said you just restart your wifi and it will be working but nothing can happen and they messaged me that your complaint has been closed and after that I call them from last 4 days and they said that in 24 hours our executive will be there but from 5 days I listen these things from hathway customer care and the issue still exists
