Hi

My name is Prathyusha. I am using Hathway broadband internet services in Hyderabad since 3 years. Every time the package is about to renew, hathway is calling and messaging hundred times every single day to renew the package.

I am tolerating their harassment since 3 years. This is quite not at all acceptable of torturing customers like this to renew the packages.

While for a internet connectivity issue complaints, none of those buggers will atleast respond.

Please take serious action against them and i can not tolerate this harassment from them anymore.
