Dear Sir,

I was using Hathway Internet services Account – 1352456827 over two years. Due to personal preference, I chose another service provider and did not renew Hathway for last one year. I have been bombarded with so many calls daily basis, SMS.

I registered complaint with Hathway about this behaviour and received formal e-mail from their customer support that they have escalated to adhere to DND. But still the pattern did not change at all.

Request you to facilitate the formal action against them and get adequate compensation for the mental agony caused by the unethical business.
