Hi,
Im used hathway fiber net connection from 2020 July till 2023 March. I shifted my location to another area within Bangalore. Hathway broadband dont serve in my new location. So, I sent mail to disconnect. I sent whatsapp message and tried to disconnect via their portal. Disconnection is not straight forward.
From March 2023 to till date, every day at-least two calls I receive from Hathway asking me to renew. They literllay harassed me calling on odd times. Sometimes, i received calls at night time as well.
Some calls threated me saying i did some criminal offence etc. Looks like router needs to be returned which i didn’t know. When the provided the connection, they just told me that if i take some 6 months subscription, router is FREE.
Anyways, after all these harassment over call, I finally figured out some contact and asked them to take back the router. Since the location is not servicebale they are asking me to courier it or visit their headoffice. They didn’t share the address. No contact person to talk to. Everyday calls i receive from different numbers. With all these harassment and threatening i don’t want to figure out where to courier and return the device. I want them to collect it from me and stop the harassment.
