I had a hathway connection and i wanted to discontinue the services so i contacted them asking to take back the modem. I dropped an email as well for the pickup and i waited for a week but no one contacted me so i shifted frlm there . After acweek the payment was due and they have been torturing me from the last 2 months non stop. . It has been a hassle and although im explaining the same multiple times they are still forcing me and asking personal details that to which area i have moved , why i dotn want to use etc. it is becoming a mental torture every single day getting 10-15 calls from unknown numbers. I want this to stop
