I had a Hathway broadband connection, and I canceled it about two months ago. For the past two months, I have been receiving numerous calls from their call center, forcing me to renew the subscription! I have blocked at least 60 phone numbers from Hathway, but they still find a way to call me at least 10 times a day! I don’t want to change my phone number due to this harassment. It is not right for this company to force or harass me to renew a service I don’t need. Please advise what steps can be taken to address this issue.
