Dear sir,
I was a customer to Hathway for 3-4 months in 2016 in Bangalore location. after that I had closed my connection as per the terms and conditions due to relocated to some other city.
I am keep getting messages and calls from hatchway employees to renew my account, on every call I am requesting to hatchway I don’t have any requirement to renew the account please remove my number from calling list. but they are not doing this I am mentally disturbing a lot it kills my whole day. This is continuing since 2016 to current 2019.
I kindly request to take necessary action on Hathway to stop calling customers if they are not interested.
