Text of Complaint by Dhilasu Sadi Reddy:

I had taken connection on 31st July, with an offer of Advance payment of 3 months (Rs 3540) and Wifi Router free. I had taken plan of 50 mbps speed. Since getting connection till date I have never received more than 4 mbps speed. Even after numerous calls the speed issue was never rectified. The tickets opened were closed as resolved without my consent.After 6 days of frustration I asked them to disconnect my connection, deduct the amount on pro-rata basis and refund rest of the amount. They out rightly said no refund .  I need the refund post deduction of charges on Pro-rata basis. Attaching speed and bill screenshot.
