1. I asked for a connection a year ago from hathway
2. Executive came n collected the money without looking at building and feasibility
3. Technician installed the connection through window which wasn’t allowed by landlord.
4. Technician refused to help and never came to fix it
5. I raised complaint everywhere including consumer court but no resolution
6. After DoT involvement one day (jan 2020) hathway guy came to collect modem and gave a receipt saying I the money will be refunded within 7 days.
7. Its again been 6 months since I returned the modem and I dont have refund.
