Text of Complaint by Sujith:

Dear Sir,

I was having Hathway broadband connection (Hathway Internet A/c No. 1173790119) at Chennai Egmore location and have disconnected my hathway account in March’21. Hathway team has collected my modem as well 2-3 weeks back from my residence. I am keep on getting call from Hathway representatives atleast 10-15 call a day asking for recharging my account. Even after multiple reminders to hathway team to restrict any such followup  call are continuing for recharge.

This is metal harasment for me as even after disconnecting the account i need to keep on answering for hathway representatives for recharge. This disturbs me very much as i need to debate on every call regarding no need for recharge and my account has been disconnected but their is no action for blocking such call to me by Hathway broadband team

Request your support for appropriate action against the Hathway Broadband team to restrict such harassments to the customers.
