I took 3months with surveillance camera plan for getting surveillance camera by paying Rs.2300 instead of 6months plan(3175). But now they failed to provide camera even after I rasie issue with them so many times.
Now I raised an issue like my period of plan completed and I did not get the camera so can you please upgrade my plan to 6months so that I can pay remaining money (2300+875 = 3175), but they said its not in their plan.
My question is there any plan to cheat customer by not giving the camera which is part of their plan.
I wasted three months of time by not using the camera which is part of my plan.
By 13th Nov 2018 my accout was expired and I am still waiting for their response and dont even have internet service in my home.
If they dont tell about 3months plan sure I will go with 6months plan but they cheated me by making me pay extra money.
