We had paid money to Hathway company on 18th June 202 for internet service for 50mpbs speed 500 gb per month. The service started on 20th June 2020. Same night the network was going and coming so we call the costumer care to lodge a complain. After taht multiple complain has been lidge. Till day we have not received any service. Infact I had visited their mulund east office 4 times and i receive lame answer. The moderm has issue, all are working from home so it’s slow. On what basic did hathway company promise speed of 50mpbs. Actually speed receiving is 5bto 7 Mbps. They are not even bother after writing on Facebook and Twitter. They are not interested. I need refund of the amount. My account no is 1196081638. Kindly help be receiving the money back.
