Hi,
My Name is Divyesh Roy and my Hathway account # is 1112593387.
Last week I called customer care regarding the hathway ad on hathway.com stating unlimited internet for Rs.750 with OTT unlimited. I called customer care and they confirmed it is unlimited with OTT. I clearly asked if it FUP after a certain amount or not. They promised it is unlimited and there is no FUP. I asked for an option to pay and they asked me to go through the Hathway app but on my app it was showing Rs.848 with OTT. I asked why there was a difference then they said the hathway page is for new customers and in the app the amount showing is for my usage. They guided me for payment.
I did the payment and immediately the plan got changed but there is data restriction to 3001 GB and it is not unlimited.
This is a fraud service and needs to be escalated.
I have been a customer for 10+ years and cheating like this is not fair.
