I have subscribed to 50mbps broadband service of Hathway and have been getting speeds of around 3 – 5mbps every evening after 7pm. Have complained several times but my ticket is closed without any follow-up or resolution. I’ve even raised the issue on Twitter but to no avail. The customer support portal leaves no trace of complaints lodged.
There are many others facing the same issue, as observed on Twitter.
I feel helpless. Ideally they should refund my money because their charges are very steep and in spite of that the service is pathetic.

Now it has been a month I have been getting a issue with my internet connection. And there is no response from technical support. I have raised complaint on the Hathway customer care that l have issue with internet but their is no response . I also called customer care but no luck. Only false commitment that engineer will visit, but no one visited yet.I have escalated several times regarding it…still services are not improvised ….if this is the case dissconnect the services , I will find better service provider.
