Text of Complaint by Chandrasheakr:

I purchased an item on 26-Sep-23 but as it was not even dispatched till 14-Oct-2023 I raised a refund request and was told that the amount will be credited back to my original payment mode but instead without my knowledge and intentionally was credited to my VELBAZAAR wallet and now am forced to buy something from this company which I do not want to as I was cheated the first time that I purchased from them. I even called on 27-Oct-23 asking the amount to be credited to my original payment but as it was not done (or even not initiated) I sent an email to the support team on 30-Oct-2023 to resolve the issue by crediting the amount to my credit card but till date has not received any response. I feel cheated by the company/ CEO/ MD who forcibily wanted the customers to buy the products from VELBAZAAR even without dispatching or delivering the earlier product but once we pay the amount wanted to hold that amount so that THE CUSTOMERS ARE FORCED TO PURCHASE SOMETHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY, WHICH ARE BOTH CHEATING AND MONOPOLY.
