Text of Complaint by devangi agarwal:

I had requested a relocation of my tatasky connection. I scheduled it for Monday morning. I escalated the complaint on priority basis at 12 noon. I did not receive any communication from tatasky confirming/ scheduling a shift.

I have spoken to 3 executives on the phone who have not tried to help me or redress my complaint. I have waited for 35 mins on call, waiting for a senior executive to receive the call.

I was harassed the whole day at the hands of Anita Thakur, Shubham More and Mirza. Even after I managed to speak to Alok Kumar (senior executive), he too was unable to redress my complaint. He blamed the back-end for inefficiency and asked me to wait another day for the relocation.

He refused to send me a formal apology for the delay caused. I have written two feedbacks and have still not received a call from tatasky. I have had to make all the calls following up.

Your executives have treated me like a joke, wasting my time and energy and being unable to deliver promised services. Highly inefficient operations team, that is unable to coordinate amongst themselves and is unable to provide service to customer.

The only reason I am still calling is because I have paid for one whole year’s worth services. Otherwise I would have disconnected on account of inability to redress complaint and high level of inefficiency.
