Dear sir,

I was a customer to Hathway for 3-4 months in 2019 in Hyderabad location. after that I had closed my connection  and returned my device on march 13th 2020 to hathway team member,but they are still asking device not retuned and continously called

I am keep getting messages and calls from hatchway employees to renew my account, on every call I am requesting to hatchway I don’t have any requirement to renew the account please remove my number from calling list. but they are not doing this I am mentally disturbing a lot it kills my whole day.

I kindly request to take necessary action on Hathway to stop calling customers if they are not interested.
