I took a loan from fullerton india bank in 2010 , after 5-6 EMI then emi stopped coming to my bank , i received a written communication on letter head by fullerton make a cash payment to our executive , for next 2 year payment of 3370 was done to executive who used to come at residence as me been working funds were given by my mother . during whole duration and next 2 years no communication was received , now when i reached to bank for NOC , i got a reply EMI are not paid , i didnt had recept till that time ..
My fault : I didnt kept record of receipt and after 8 years i cant find that file
bank fault : In case emi is not paid did they approached me even once via notice / mail/message all my communication medium are same and still active .
I gave email id from where i received letter head of fullerton and who asked to pay cash , what happened at first place why was i asked to pay cash
why no legal notice was sent
Now after 10 years i am getting a call from recovery agent of kotak saying they have purchased bad debt portfolio for fullerton bank make payment , they are calling people to ask about me whose number was not their in application number . i have given my address..number to meet me,..but regular harrassement .
Tried approaching police but no solution, need ehlp i am mentally getting unstable
