Sir,
I’m Sukhen Biswas, I’m a customer of RBL Bajaj Credit Card. I’m using this card for the last 3 years. I am facing financial difficulties due to lockdown that’s why I won’t be able to pay their dues on time. at its situation, i have decided to settle the amount of credit card and get relief from the harassment of the bank.
I received the settlement letter of the bank over WhatsApp through an employee. But since the last 6 days, they started me harassing by calling my knowns.
I never told them that I won’t pay the amount. I will definitely pay the amount within the time.
But they didn’t understand and continually harass me again and again. Not only that at my workplace they are calling repeatedly. Today is worst, one of their callers told me “Dekh tera haal kya karta hu avi ” Name Karan Sharma phone numbers are
